We only use high-quality materials from reliable suppliers. Most of the flowers and plants were grown by ourselves and later dried in our studio. Each finished piece of jewelry is carefully checked before it is shipped. Each order is carefully packed to prevent damage during transport. Can the jewelry withstand water or is it better to take it off when showering?
It is recommended not to expose the handmade jewelry to water, strong sunlight, chemicals and chlorides.

Orders are usually shipped within 7 business days of ordering, unless custom made or otherwise stated with the product.

Can I place an order for a fully personalized piece of jewelry?
Definitely. Such a jewel can be ordered by e-mail and/or after personal discussion.

Is it possible to get gift wrapping?

What is your return policy for personalized or custom made items?
For such jewels there is no return possible. The other return conditions can be found in the section "Return policy". (no complaints policy)

We always strive to use base materials that are completely free of nickel, cadmium and lead.
