Cancellation and return

Because Lotus & Lava offers its products online and these are purchased by the customer via the internet, this falls under the regulations for distance selling. The law on Market Practices and Consumer Protection applies in this respect. In the case of distance selling, you as a customer have the right to revoke/return your purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the product, as follows!

From the day of delivery, the customer has 14 calendar days to reconsider the purchase and return the jewelry. The customer must inform us of this in writing, which can be done by e-mail with a clear statement of withdrawal. The package must be in the possession of Lotus & Lava within 14 calendar days of this notification.

Lotus & Lava will then send a confirmation email to the customer.

The customer sends the package at his own expense to Lotus & Lava to the address mentioned below and bears the risk of shipping. The product must not show any signs of use. If the products are damaged or lost during shipping, no compensation can be given.

Returns process
Lotus & Lava is obliged to refund the value of the package including the shipping costs originally paid by the customer (upon purchase) within 14 calendar days, provided that the package is returned in its original condition and without damage, and provided that the jewelry has not been worn/used by the customer.

Exceptions
There is no right of return for earrings, for hygienic reasons.

Damage claim
In case of damage to the package or missing items from your order upon delivery, we ask the customer to send us a detailed damage claim by email, along with clear photos of the packaging as it was received from the shipping company.
